Thank you. It says I need to flash the firmware. To do that I need an arduino which I don't have. It also says to use KFDToolGui.exe which I can't seem to find.

If you just bought your device, Axel is pretty dilligent about firmware being current on shipping devices. Might reach out and ask. Where exactly are you seeing this message if you don't have the proper executable file? In 1.50? Again,
that will not work. Ever.
As far as the current version software.. KDFToolGui is the main executable which runs the software. Did you download it from GitHub?
On the landing page, there is on the right, about halfway down this item.

Click on Latest.
It will open this page. 1.8.8 is the latest version, with updates for new loaders and some fixes (thanks Ilya!).
Click on the zip file, it will download to your computer.
Double click on the file you downloaded, it will unzip the file into a directory.
Go to the unzipped directory, it will look like this:
Plug your device in, and make note of which COM port is uses and you will need to tell it where to look.
When you double click KFDToolGui.exe to run, it will throw an error the first time as it doesn't now where the device is yet.
