Kings Point PD

Has anyone heard Kings Point PD on the Metro 21 System recently?

My last activity logging of their TGRP 14-021 was 6/28/10. Additionally, it appears that Kings Point PD was recently granted a license for a conventional repeater on 472.9750. The new frequency is up and running but full time P25/Encrypted (NAC293).

Can anyone else confirm that they have migrated from Metro 21 and probably found a new home?

I placed 472.9750 and the old Nassau EDACS Talk Group of 03-063 in two radios tonight. I haven't heard a peep all night on either.

Thanks for the response. I run ID Tracker III which automatically logs the hits, dates and time. But have not logged Kings Point PD on Metro 21 since 6/28/10. I also run the Nassau County EDACS system and they have not shown up there either, however Kings Point DPW is still active on that system. I would have to assume that Kings Point PD has moved to 472.9750 WPZY829 and is now fulltime encrypted. There isn't a whole lot activity on the system given the fact that this is a small village PD, however I have yet to hear any unencrypted transmission. Maybe some else could shed some light on this new freq.

I would appreciate any further info.
