Kitchener Waterloo area ambulance change?

I've been listening most of the morning to 154.770 and it has been all but dead. The only thing I have heard is a "visiting" ambulance check in to the area with no reply heard by them or I. Have they changed frequencies/ system? Thanks

And ya'll can hear them on the following towers for sure: Cedarwoods (Cam N and S), P[rimrose and Balinafad (Both Cam N).

Great... Does this mean I now need a digital radio or can a bc780xlt manage this?

MOH are analog so the BC780 is a great choice for listening.

I'm having issues receiving Cedarwoods (can't even hear the damn CC) from my location so looks like I'm sol for now. Primrose and Balinafad come in okay.

Using a 2m j-pole up about 30'.
