ISO of any current info on their Public Works freqs, not hearing anything on their old, expired LB freq. THANKS

There is no frequency listed in the official county frequency list. I would try monitoring these 2 frequencies:
458.7875 D223
154.600 131.8

Both have been used countywide for road departments who don't have their own frequency.
