The above talkgroup is being received on the Hutch tower, it is not in the database. Sounds to be some kind of public works TG. Unknown where they are actually at or who it is.

It might be the city of Hutch, it's not too far from other TG, I will also listen and see if I can help figure it out as well.

Listening to some of the talk earlier today, it seems as if it's more a flagging crew than anything. I haven't been able to catch any road names or anything to nail down where they could possibly be, but they're most definitely hitting off the Hutch tower, so it's gotta be close to Reno County somewhere I would think. I know KDOT's fixing to do some construction on 50 between SF Co line and Sego Rd in western Reno County mid-October, but they have their own flaggers and flagging TG for that, and it most definitely isn't that. Guess I'll have to do more listening and trying to figure it out. Thanks for the input, Don.

I heard K-14 Hwy stated a few times. I also noticed the UIDs were 102102 and UID 102110, which were some I had for Reno Co from the State Fair opts TG . If I were to venture a guess, it could be a new Reno Flagger TG.

I hope this helps.

Maybe they are finally getting County Public Works and/or townships to move off VHF and make the leap. I'm trying to convince Newton Public Works as it is now.
