I think they have switched to Phase 2 with a frequency change. This is close to what it might be 453.929490 or 453.929500 MHz DSB 2.24 kHz. Thats the best i can do for now.

KSP is conventional digital (P-25). I don't think Phase 2 applies to conventional digital as I usually hear that topic pertaining to trunked systems.

As you know, each KSP post has multiple towers associated with each post's "A" and "B" channels. Sometimes one goes off the air for several reasons. If you've only programmed one tower and it just happens to be the "bad" one, you won't hear anything until repairs are made.

For example, for several weeks the 4B channel's fairgrounds transmitter was out of service, as I heard nothing from it. The Shepherdsville 4B and Ekron 4B were fine.
