KSP statewide digital?

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if KSP is on digital communications statewide? Apparently the London post is not on digital as of yet. I'd like to know in particular if the Dry Ridge post in Northern KY transmits on digital or regular frequencies? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

London is digital, I hear them everyday on 460.0625 and 460.1625. As far as I know every post is now digital. The KSP VRS is analog and is still on 154.665

Dry Ridge is Digital..Check out the database. It's all right there for your viewing pleasure
