Yes you are correct, fully encrypted of course. They are in the process of migrating to the 700 MHz system. 5085,5086,5087,5088,5089 and 5090 are other LBI TGs.
5084 is PD Dispatch, I assume 5085 is TAC. Any idea what the others are?

5087 looks to be patched to Beach Haven PD Dispatch. It's encrypted obviously.

The Harvey Cedars, Ship Bottom, and Long Beach PD dispatch are now separated. 5084 is LBT dispatch, 5087 is Beach Haven dispatch. I believe Harvey Cedars and Ship bottom have individual talk groups, but I haven't been able to confirm which ones.

Ship Bottom is still on TRBO.

I was down on LBI yesterday. Glad to hear Beach Haven PD was still analog conventional at least. Also, 158.835 MHz was active every time EMS was dispatched somewhere. Lifeguard channels were quiet (I just dont think they use their radios often unless there is a water emergency). I tried to see if I could pick up Surf City DMR on 460.250, but all silent. Guess it was just a quiet day.
