I was just reminded of this just a few minutes ago, as we had an earthquake in Indio. Ever since the switch to the new “U” channels for LACoFD, I have not been able to figure out which frequency their earthquake “roll call” check-in is happening on. They do an all-call and instruct all BCs to switch to “the admin talk group” for a jurisdictional report, but what is the admin talk group? I assumed it would be U2 (since they used to the roll calls on Blue 4, and U2 seems like the new Blue 4), but no luck. Is it a different channel or is it over on LA-RICS? Any insight appreciated!
