Cuyahoga County MARCS still off line. No control channel data.

I don't know, I agree with picsic - something changed or is odd. 2x SDS-200's and 2x computers running SDR Trunk. I've got a good control channel but missing almost all voice transmissions for the talkgroups I'm monitoring. Worked fine last night, oddly quiet here tonight.
My SDS 100 and 200 are picking up at least some of the normal westside and north ridgeville talk groups I usually monitor. The Unication G4 reports 'out of range' on normal Cuyahoga simulcast frequencies. If go to Grafton or Lorain Sites on G4, I get some MARCS traffic.
Digging some more, I see a massive amount of channel grants, all sub one second, and just the same TG's scrolling by over and over like some sort of loop. I'd say something is hosed - at least on whatever site I'm receiving in North Olmsted.
Got this message at around 2PM:
Core Network Radio Equipment is experiencing a service degradation at this time in the below mentioned areas due to a Core router being affected during a scheduled upgrade.
Radio Network Service Core Equipment Engineers and Technicians are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
You may experience periods of intermittent audio and or site trunking during this time.
We will send an all clear message once the situation is fully resolved.

All communications have stabilized at this time, a Root Cause Analysis is being performed, and teams will continue monitoring through the night
I am currently picking up Cuyahoga, Summit, & Geauga CCs and Voice.

Something just changed, Cuyahoga County MARCS now decoding on all 4 non-motorola radio devices. Check your scanners and Unication pagers again.
Local - Muskingum county announced statewide some sites are down - using 8Tac93 as backup
