Lake Cumberland Area

Dose anybody know where I can get some freqs for the Lake Cumberland area? I have a direct line of site of the Mintonville tower, but I live about 20 miles out from any town. I have a pro 95, is there very much I can pickup without having to invest in an antenna.

if you can see the mintonville tower you should be able to monitor a lot of stuff in your vicinity... i'd try casey, russell, pulaski and lincoln counties right off... but you should be able to hear other counties in the next ring of counties around you.... go to the kentucky portion of the rr data base (click on this: http://radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR then click on the kentucky outline) and look for the frequencies listed for those counties and the ones near.... you won't be able to monitor the state police but the others you should... if you need more help just yell...
