Quick EMS specific question for Lanco...
Correct me if im wrong, but unit callsigns that end in "0" (i.e. Medic 06-80 or 56-60, or 77-30) are single-provider units? If so, I have noticed a fair amount of routine transports listed on LCWC with the unit assigned being one of the above listed units (or other similar unit). I assumed these units were chase cars, so how can they do transports? Might be way off on this, but am curious.

It's possible that the provider staffing that unit may be needed to do an IFT. For example, if an agency has only BLS transport units on the street and an ALS chase car, and an ALS-required transport comes in, they medic from the chase car may need to staff the run. However, I don't recall callsigns ending in "0" being single-provider units.

They are. Medic units ending in 0 are chase cars, even though sometimes they still use the ambulance as the chase car. So 56-60 would be a single-provider ALS unit from 56-6 station.
