The trainwreck that is Unfitney keeps on spiraling out of control!

The cops were called to Britney Spears house at The Summit in Beverly Hills on Thursday over a family custodial dispute, PerezHilton.com has learned exclusively.

We're hearing that police were called after Unfitney kept her kids after the court-appointed time that she was supposed to give them back.

"She refused to give the children to Kevin's bodyguard," a source tells us.

Police were at Spear's house in the gated community of The Summit for almost two hours.

K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was even spotted entering the enclave!

Anne Kiley, one of Britney's attorney's, was also there, we're told - as were court officials.

The paparazzi were going insane outside The Summit, we're told. And news helicopters were hovering above!!!!

As police were with Britney, another cop car kept guard at the gate, we've learned.

Our sources tell us that police are making paparazzi park a quarter mile away and are making them walk to The Summit.

As of 10:00 PM Pacific, the cops are still at Brit Brit's.

"Every car that is pulling out of the summit is being flooded with papparazzi flashbulbs because they think it might be Brit," an on-the-scene source tells us.

The court is not gonna take Thursday night's drama lightly!

"This is the last straw," a source close to Federline tells us.

Update: Police are saying on the record that the incident at Britney's house is a "family custodial dispute that we are trying to resolve … peacefully by court order."

Update: The cops threatened to arrest Spears if she did not hand over custody of the kids.

The Link on Google says its in Beverly Hills, 90210! and even on mapquest... you would think that they would be accurate

They're accurate for the postal (mailing) address and ZIP code, but the property is physically within the City of Los Angeles. A lot of the Coldwater Canyon and all of Mulholland Drive area around there are within the city limits of L.A. but get their mail through the BH post office.

No, I don't. While Google Maps is an impressive piece of work and very useful, it gets geographic data from the same third parties as the other map sites. If you look at the bottom of Google Maps you see the data is copyright Navtec. On Mapquest and Yahoo Maps the data is copyright Navtec or TeleAtlas while Map24 uses Navtec and Mapsolute.

To add to the confusion is the difference between political and postal boundaries. A lot of the places around Claremont Avenue in Berkeley?/Oakland? have a Berkeley postal address but are within the city of Oakland.

There are some places that just confuse Google Maps - like Plywood and Lumber sales in Oakland. Looking up their address at 1618 28th street on Google Maps does give a result but you have to be very careful to notice that the map only says "28th Street" and the icon is a dot not an arrow. It doesn't know about 1618 so it just puts you somewhere toward the middle of 28th street. By luck, the dot is now much closer to the store than it used to be but still quite a drive - especially given that 28th is not continuous and has at least three separate segments between the displayed dot and the store.

Even the police have trouble. At least a few times a week there will be conversations like "Dispatch, that's not us, that's county."..."County is there and they say it's ours.". On the Richmond/El Cerrito boarder there are places where the line slices between houses mid-block but is jogged over a house or two the block over. On San Pablo avenue you may think you are in El Cerrito but depending on where you are on "The Ave.", jurisdiction may be determined by whether an incident happened on the sidewalk or in the street. I think there are even cases where the sidewalk is one city and the store is another. At Home Depot, it depends on where you are in the parking lot as the line slices through it (this also meant they required a bunch of negotiation on which city gets what portion of tax revenue).

I even read of a case where there was argument over where someone slept in their house. Apparently this was the legal definition of residence and the political boundary sliced through their house. For the homeowners, the difference was significant. In one case they had good schools and a nearby hospital. In the other, the default responding EMS and supporting hospital was many miles away.

The judge needs to lay down the law to Ms. Spears. She is totally out of control. Sad to the see the LAFD having to get involved in this mess.

In my patrol area we have a Ralph's Grocery Store. If a crime happens there it depends on which aisle it was to see if it's our handle or LAPD's

I feel your pain. We go through the same thing several times a day with my department and surrounding agencies. Between human error and CAD geo systems, there are constant clarifications and confirmations being made. Fortunately I know my way around the County's (private) Property Accessors Database which is the difinitive and arguement ending resource.

Hey Mike what is a 5150?? I really dont try to follow all the daily BS on her. But I did catch the part were the pooperanatzi was taken photo's of her in the back of the ambulance, that is BS for anybody to have their Medical privacy violated like that. We have had our ambulance windows tinted for years. You would have thought that LAPD would have kept them at bay at the time...............Hoser
