Really? Thanks for the heads-up. Every now and then I put it on LVMPD, but get very little traffic out of it and end up switching to San Diego PD, which is constantly squawking. I will need to check LV out again.

It's clear by the comments in your video that you are completely unaware of the fact that you are listening to a re-broadcast of the opensky system on the old conventional frequencies. In otter words, they are patched.
You are NOT monitoring opensky.

If you are talking about the LVMPD radioreference scanner feed, that feed only monitors the NE division and thus won't be non-stop chatter.
