Back in an area where I can monitor this system again. I noticed Schertz EMS/FD on 12207, 12210 talking with dispatch and they were Phase 2. TGs were not in the database. I couldn't see if they were patched to the talkgroups in the database. Also noticed talkgroups in the same range when Live Oak was dispatching Selma FD. Looked like three channels were patched together so I don't know if they are realigning channels are what.

Guadalupe County SO was back to phase 1 on their channels. They were all phase 2 a few months back. I didn't know if that was new or not.

I’ve noted a few new talkgroups in that range recently on Bergheim and Spring Branch towers but haven’t had enough traffic to ID. When I went through Seguin last week GCSO and Seguin were still all TDMA though.

I monitored for a few hours today off of the Live Oak and Cibolo towers. Seguin was all TDMA and GCSO was phase 1 on both dispatch channels the whole time. Maybe they like the voice quality better. Never know with some of these agencies.

12192 and 12193 were patched when Live Oak was dispatching Selma Fire. Didn't notice if 12055 their listed FD channel was patched as well. But, they do respond on the listed channel.

Looks like Live Oak, UC, and Selma combined an FD, EMS alert/tone out channel. 12193. Each city responds on their respective fire channel.

I updated the LCRA page with this info. Shoot me a copy/paste submission so you can get credit.

Good information received but talkgroup numbers are unknown. Look out for these, and some may already exist and be repurposed:

TRI_ALRM - Live Oak/Selma/Universal City Dispatch
SL_FD - Selma EMS/Minor fire response
UC_FD - Universal City EMS/Minor fire response
LO_FD - Live Oak EMS/Minor fire response
RM_TAC11-19 - Major incident tactical
SZCB_DSP - Schertz/Cibolo Dispatch
SZCBFD1 - Schertz/Cibolo EMS/Minor fire response
SZCBFD2 - Schertz/Cibolo EMS/Minor fire response
RM_TAC1-10 - Major incident tactical

Like I said, some of these exist already but keep an eye out for the others. Some of the Randolph Metro interop talkgroups may be renamed and repurposed for these.

TRI_ALRM is the new 12193.
The next three are in the database and haven't changed(Just response channels now). I believe their FG channels are the same in the database for the three cities.
SL_FD -12055
UC_FD -12081
LO_FD -12041

SZCB_DSP - Schertz/Cibolo Dispatch- The auto dispatcher on 12095
Schertz EMS still responds on EMS 1 12098 for SZ/Cibolo and County responses.

I believe 12207 and 12210 are the two Schertz and Cibolo FD response channels now. Not 100 percent yet.

The Randolph Metro Interop channels are still the same from what I've seen. At least the RM Ops channels are. I heard a Judson ISD officer accidentally key up on RM Ops 1, and the Live Oak dispatcher called the channel RM Ops 1. So those seem to be the same.

Looks like the Fireground channels may have changed also. Hearing Selma fire setting up a command on 12198 for a basic vehicle fire. They respond on their talkgroup listed above, like the other agencies for most calls. I need to catch a tone out and see what they call some of these new response channels.

Sent an update to the database. 12207 new schertz FD response phase 2

12198 "Tac 11" Fire only related responses for LO, Selma, and UC Fire. Like a Fireground channel.

So based on your recent findings and a little Calls sleuthing, I am betting this is the new layout for new talkgroups, with confirmed ones having an asterisk:

12192 - Live Oak Dispatch - Voice*
12193 - Live Oak Dispatch - Tones/Voice*
(One of these is TRI_ALRM)
12194 - RM_TAC7
12195 - RM_TAC8
12196 - RM_TAC9
12197 - RM_TAC10
12198 - RM_TAC11*
12199 - RM_TAC12* (edit, just found this is Tac12 from calls)
12200 - RM_TAC13
12201 - RM_TAC14
12202 - RM_TAC15
12203 - RM_TAC16
12204 - RM_TAC17
12205 - RM_TAC18
12206 - RM_TAC19
12207 - SZCBFD1*
12208 - SZCBFD2?
12209 - ?? Has both Schertz and Cibolo, maybe a tac channel, but definitely response/fireground usage

Only ones I've heard on the Schertz/Cibolo side are the 12207 which is confirmed now. And some testing and a short EMS to fire radio check on 12210. I was thinking 12210 was the Cibolo FD response channel. But, haven't caught a CFD tone out yet while monitoring.

Couple of calls notes as I'm going through the calls platform and cross referencing channels that are named over the air and updating the database.

12111 Former Cibolo Fire Dispatch, very little use now, but latest convo has dispatcher telling "Cibolo 500" they are keying up on the "FD" channel, and another remark about it being "Cibolo channel 2"
Tac 12 - Tac 17 confirmed with supporting radio traffic
Probable Tac 18 (12205) doesn't have any identifying traffic, only a unit from back in September probably on the wrong channel with SCBA, could be training

Since I've been back in the area, Cibolo FD is the only fire I haven't heard yet. They moved their dispatching to the auto dispatcher years ago. And 12111 was their fire response channel. But this was at least a year or so ago. CFD follows what Schertz FD does, so it wouldn't surprise me if they are on one of the new 122XX talkgroups.

So I would start looking back as far as April, if that is still possible. That's when I first posted about 12193 and testing that I heard on that channel

Problem is that the Broadcastify Calls audio only goes back 30 days. But as Lindsay has said many times, God bless the folks that have set up Calls nodes in their areas because it is an awesome resource to use to figure out new talkgroups without having to get lucky, or even be in the listening area!
