Wondering why we don't have any of the Louisiana LERN system frequencies or TH?

In the Louisiana Radio Reference Database... Go to the Louisiana Wireless Interoperability Network (LWIN) page....scroll down to the Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) section and there you shall find the Louisiana Emergency Response Network (LERN) talkgroups.
