Liberty Electric ??

Will be moving to the Enfield area some time in January (great time for a move, eh?). Primary listening interest is electric utilities. Liberty will be our service provider, but can't find anything about them in the RR database. Are they affiliated with NH Elec Co Op? None of their coverage maps include Enfield.

Not sure if they bought any existing company or simply replaced them. Liberty Gas around here in Concord uses laptops and cell for all their communications. They may have PoC access on those, but not sure.

A coordinate search near the Enfield office brought up this license which has two Low Band frequencies, licensed to National Grid

ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional License - KCC704 - National Grid USA Service Company Inc.

48.4200 and 48.4800.
Try those, and let us know if you hear them, especially using a PL of 103.5
