Life flight on 155.490

Just heard Life Flight on 490 giving an ETA of 12 minutes... no clue who they're talking to.

EDIT: just heard them again, "Lifeflight-2 to Osage-12, 4 minutes out"

I heard them on that MA channel on Friday. It sounded like they were flying into that big fire out south of Tulsa (between T-Town and about say Bristow) to pull someone out.

There was also activity on the BIA fire channel and the state fire MA. Some trooper was on one of the county channels telling the county dispatcher that he had stopped a gray CrownVic that had red lights. It sounded like he was telling the county that one of them needed to talk to the guy...I guess he was some sort of WHACKER from the way he described it!

"four-ninety" is the state wide mutual aid freq... tons of agencies are liscenced on it, and most everyone on VHF has it programed in to their radios.
