Railcar fire on the north side of town. Evacs in progress by several agencies with 1-mile radius. Police Dept has been shut down. Rocklin FD, Roseville FD, CalFire and others have sent full assignments.

Fire still burning this morning. Hearing that it may burn for several hours more. Spoke to a FF this morning and he said the concern is that the tank structure may be comprimised after 18 hours on fire. PG&E was on hand last night turning off the natural gas inside the evac zone. Citrus Heights PD provided much of the relief last night so that Lincoln PD and PCSO could handle their pending calls.

Fire burned itself out before the "Hot Tap" was needed. People should be let back in this morning.
