I am looking to listen... (not sure if that is possible) to the Security channel for Tulsa Housing Authority. I found several frequencies in the Database but non work. I know they are mostly active at night but I'm not hearing anything anytime. Did they switch to the Tulsa area trucking system? If was what is the ID code?

Well... Either I don't know how to program an LTR system into my pro-97 (possible) or this data is out of date... anyone else able to help. I work for them how can I figure out the info if I have access to the radios?

I heard that THA Security had been contracted out to The Wackenhut Security Co. Anyone else heard this? it might be why you cannot find the freq.

Whackenhut has done it for almost 10 years now right?

From what I understand Whackenhut did it for awhile then stopped for some reason and then resumed the contract back in April or May

Tha had there own security force. In fact they were trying to form a police agency under the Okla. Special Police act. In fact they were calling themselves police. That got stopped when I charged a female for assaulting my self, another police officer and a Tha officer. I filed it as A&b police officer 3 counts and got informed that they were NOT a police agency. The DA reduced the one count to simple assault. Since then they have dwindled. Last I heard they had 2 officers left. They still have several investigators. They were using Ferguson's 800mhz (total radio I think) to transmit on. Since Wackenhut (I am not happy about that) took over I dont know what they are doing. My 2 contacts have both quit.

Unless you got hits from their vehicles in that range, you are probably getting hits from a nearby tower on the 800 MHz system. Often, the power and height of these transmitters will overpower signal stalker from a good distance. There's a UHF LTR system in my town that will key up Signal Stalker from just about anywhere in town (miles and miles away). If you are sure the vehicles keyed up w/ that freq range, then they could be on 800 MHz simplex freqs or "talking around" the repeater, if it is conventional.
