Little antenna help

I could use some help please. I have a uniden bcd996p2 with a hustler mag mount. I also jave the uniden 880 bearcat. Where would be the best place to put the two antennas on the car. I know they cant be side by side but what would work best.

CB on the TRUNK
Scanner on the ROOF

Does it matter where on the roof for the scanner and can i also put CB up on the roof. What distance should they have between each othwr .

I would want the CB antenna as far away from the scanner antenna as possible. I would not even consider any type linear amp on the CB you would be asking for trouble with new modern scanners.
