Have you checked livescanneraudio@yahoogroups.com it's pretty active and has over 4,000 members.

Do like I was told to do with the Fire Apparatus photos. Add a section for it on the Wiki page

I'm familiar with the Live Scanner Audio Group at Yahoo. I'm a member there. Just thought it would be nice to have something like that over here.

teamspeak is a good community for live scanners also

Yeah, there's 3 servers currently available to either listen to or stream your scanner on them too.
