is there a lag on it? cuz i turned on my scanner when i was listening to the online scanner feed and i couldn't get them both in sync. just wondering

You were using the wrong link! Try the one in the original post...

it still kicks it as a bad request. fails to load keeps looping the error

Yep 400 bad request in winamp.

You *might* want to try a different port than 8080. Seems a proxy is setup on this port and is catching the requests.
