Selma must have changed talkgroups. It is Universal City.

Anyone else notice that Selma has acquired some license plate scanners?
I've seen them on a black Charger twice now. He has been positioned on the right hand shoulder of I-35 with at least one camera (and maybe two) facing I-35 from his trunk. I believe they are the ELSAG MPH-900 Automatic License Plate Readers. You can't miss these, it looks like a few devices mounted to the trunk. I've included some pictures from the web below. It honestly looks like (to me) they have one of each of these units. I've seen a unit similar to the left picture and one similar to the right picture.
