Live Scanner Feed?

Can anyone tell me how to do a live scanner feed.I have a small group over at yahoo,and would like to put a live feed on in major events.No police action,but something like the Cobourg plasticts fire.

You need to crop your photos so people can tell what they are actually looking at. This took me 3 seconds with ACDSee, see the difference?
