I have an unusual question that I thought someone here might be able to answer.
My company sells a product to other companies that relies on a Verizon cellular data connection to the Internet. The problem is, the Verizon network works in some areas but not others, so the salespeople selling our product are never sure whether to sell the Verizon option or a local network one.
It would be great if we could give our salespeople some type of detector/meter/scanner that could detect the presence of the Verizon network so they’d know in advance which option to sell. An actual Verizon cell phone might work, but I think that runs on a slightly different network (phone vs. data) and anyway, we don't want to have to buy all our reps cellphones with monthly charges!
Any help or direction will be much appreciated.
