Pliers will likely not get the purchase you require. Using the hammer and screwdriver method previously described is very risky and it is easy to damage something else if you slip. User a proper spanner.

When you move the connector, does the part visible inside the radio move? If so you should use an open ended spanner of the correct size on the back nut.
If it does not move inside the radio then something else is wrong; the connector body may have fractured.

Blue locktite is removable,

I put it on a non-scanner object (don't want to use the 'g' word) and it worked so well the screw heads stripped out when trying to remove them. I ended up having to drill them out and replace the adapter.

But it should be OK for the BNC connector.

If you are concerned that Loctite might be a bit strong then try using a little nail varnish.

I spent over thirty years working in an automotive stamping plant as a tool and die maker. Have used blue locktite on the bolts holding upper die steels many times true on a non- hardened bolt it might present a problem but with hardened bolts it will come loose. Red locktite requires a torch.
