WS1095: Loss of info on screen

I installed my 1095 in my truck . when It starts up it asks for the bandplan and when scanning it has lost half the info on the screen. It doesn't show the frequency ,CTCSS or the conv . It just shows the name ie KCSO Admin. When I programed it I used the advanced setting for the display. I don't have always hot connection to the radio. I do have a always hot USB connection Would that help to leave it plugged into the USB ??

If you don't shut the scanner off before turning the vehicle off, it will lose it's settings (and probably corrupt the SD card at some point).
I don't think leaving the USB plugged in will help, but I also don't think it will hurt.
