Lost rest channel search speed

Is there a way to slow down the rest channel search in DSD+FL?
I have a system with marginal copy and the search doesn't dwell long enough on the active channel to allow decode
to stop the search...I can retune manually and pick it up but scan is too fast and misses the "burst"
