Had this encrypted talkgroup pop up for a few minutes with a federal radio ID 1241001 and possible fed ID 1153002. Cached IDs start with 114 and other fed IDs start at 120. I've never seen any in the 115-119 range.
Another undocumented encrypted TG that has been in use previously is 3000 and fairly regularly. There is some activity on it now. RIDs 3258019 and 3258023. 3258008 previously.
Oh?! I just heard 1241001 in the clear on FCPD 1/8 on February 10th. I've been curious about that RID ever since. I'll link the transmission (continued in the subsequent couple of transmissions, too). For context, Fairfax 1 was up on a check flight after returning a few days earlier from a 5000-hour overhaul. They had just overflown Treadwell Ln when this guy radioed in to tell them that they had no landing lights on. Fairfax 1 didn't seem to mind, as I understand it they don't usually fly with lights on (other than their searchlight when activated). I assume the user lives on Treadwell Ln.
Also, I think 114xxxx and 115xxxx RID are the radios of the National Capital Region Communications Interoperability Group, the MWCOG organization that provides cache radios for temporary use. I've heard them used by users at the Herndon Festival, for example. 120xxxx can be a variety of federal users. If you have a third digit, that might help.
