Does anyone know if anyone is planning on setting up an online digital scanner for these agencies? The only scanner presently for these services is in LaGrange, is analog so it only picks up the VHF dispatch channel and has more yellow ambulance conversations than fire communications?

I've thought about setting one up but my handicap makes it very difficult for me to do that.

Thanks!

The Feed your Refering to Covering Yellow Ambulance is Located in J Town at the Yellow EMS Contract building which is the Old J Town Fire Station. Its hosted by a Close Friend it did cover Jefferson County until the Digital Conversion Happened then it went Dispatch and Yellow EMS Only. There is another feed in the Database that has a very large Fan Base so i am assuming its covering the P25 Digital System. If i could ever get the Funds Together i would Throw a P25 Digital Feed up with my Oldham County Feed but Economy is horrible right now

I saw the one that you said was in Jeffersontown was in LaGrange but I guess it isn't. Just hearing the dispatch unfortunately doesn't give you much information.

You're correct in that the other one is picking up the digital P25 broadcasts. The problem is is also scanning police so it is always talking and very confusing to follow. It also is listed as having EMS but as far as I know that is all encrypted after the conversion.

Not Sure on How much of EMS is Encrypted they may have non encrypted Channels as well, also RR User: Patt5735 is the Host for the Feed so you may be able to see if he/she would maybe setup a second feed or make other arrangements. To Host the P25 Digital Feeds are Expensive a minimum of 350$ bucks for the Scanner alone plus the PC, wires, Connectors, etc

Fortunately I have the PC, wiring, connectors and Internet access. I only need to come up with the money for the scanner. Unfortunately I'm disabled and on disability so $'s are hard to come up with.
