Louisville Metro Analog no more.

Analog Metro appears to be out of service.
There is no Control Chanel anymore and the Airport groups have been moved to RCS Louisville system.

RCS is a Type IIi hybrid system, but no fleet map needed for the following.
Talk Groups active so far (Type II block)
32768 -- Airport Police Fire ops?
32800 -- Terminal Operations
32816 -- Airport Maintenance

I will be working on a fleet map update for this system.

Was DerbyFest something or other last year. Setup or clean up.
One of the possible problems is RCS "rents" radios so I don't know if usage is the same from year to year.
