I heard these signals roughly between 19:00 and 20:00 EDT from the Capital area of NY. All stations heard were in the Eastern time zone and most had accents (from my perspective :D ).

I omitted anything I recognized as originating within my state.

All of these are Maryland State Police. Some of them are patched to the MSP talkgroups of the local County TRS. 39.44 Mhz is the Golden Ring Barrack that patrols most the Baltimore Beltway and should be rather busy.

46.46/CSQ Station 52, Medic 17, "use talkgroup 32-C-3"
This is the patch for the Baltimore County Fire Department's Main 1 from the TRS. Main 1 is the dispatch talkgroup.

33.82/141.3 4465 Lancaster Drive, cross street Route
Try Calvert County, MD for this one. I think this will be right based on the Maryland Route 4. Just looked it up on Google Maps and yes it is Carvert Co.
