I was attempting to monitor the Legislative Protective Services tonight and noticed some garbled transmissions. I ran DSD+ to confirm and it looks like another one bites the dust...

Not sure if this is test or their secondary TG will remain clear.

It looks like their secondary TG I found a while (80) back is also TE. I did some recording today and heard some clear testing on RID 52525 .I am assuming that is console RID?

I am hoping this is just a test but who knows...

Yes, all 52xxx ID's are dispatch consoles.

I'm watching the Toronto Emergency System Site 5 South on Unitrunker 2.0 and see that Radio ID 18242 is incessantly trying to Trespass on the system. 18242 has vanished (Status Offline) after repeatedly trying to access. First noted at 11:33 am and off at 11:50 am.


Still seeing talkgroup 73 as encrypted. Fire, EMS and Lifeguards are the only things you'll hear (regularly) now.

Pretty sure 18242 is an old Corporate Security ID. I'm currently recording some other TG's as well as LPS TG 80. I'll report back later on with findings.

looks like LPS may be setting up some new consoles as well. 52504 and 52505 were the RID's I observed on TG 80 earlier today.

Oh well, It was fun while it lasted. Still have tons of city services to listen to.

Those are for sure in the range of proper consoles. I'm not sure what they used before but I'm guessing just a mobile radio as all their RIDs were in the same range previously.
