hello im trying to put in an ltr system i need some step by step help. 00 - 451.3250 00-463.6125 00-464.0500 15-464.8375 0-15-001 0-15-015 please any help out there on how to enter this, this is for the 500 thanks for any help ive tried this for 40mins and know i just poed thanks in advance

First number is the area code, either 1 or 0.
Second number is the Logic Channel Number (LCN) of the frequency.
Third number is the talkgroup.
Frequencies have to be entered in their respective LCN position like an EDACs system or the scanner will not track the system. Many systems use the rule of 3's or 4's skipping LCNs up to a max of LCN 20. You can enter them in the PCR-500 and the radio will rearrange them but I haven't tried this feature yet. If you are unclear as to a frequency's LCN in a LTR system, enter the frequency in the TUNE or VOX and when a transmission occurs the scanner will tell you the area code, LCN for that frequency, and respective talkgroup being used. It will also tell you the actual home channel for that talkgroup (left side of the screen line) if the transmission is being carried on an overflow frequency. Hope this helps.
