Hello all.
Would anyone happen to have any LTR info for RI? :?:
I have 1 frequency of 470.325, which, while messing around with my 2067, discovered that this had a talkgroup in the LTR mode. I then heard 3 more, different talkgroups on this channel.
How does one come up with the other frequencies? :?:  :?:
The freq above is listed in the FCC data base as Radio-Phone Communications, Inc. They have quite a few frequencies listed under several Call Signs. ( 9 to be exact )
Having had a scanner for many years, I only bought the 2067 about 1 year ago. I have used it for both analog and the 800 trunks mostly. Never did look into the LTR Systems and now have a little intrest in these. Just not sure how they work.
Any info is/will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I have a web page at http://home.hvc.rr.com/bpetrow/ltr.htm that gives a mostly scanner oriented explanation of LTR systems. The two references at the bottom of the page go into more detail about the technical aspects of LTR.

An LTR system can consist of frequencies having many different callsigns if the comm company took some of its old conventional licenses and made them into an LTR system.
