Is there a T4Win (decoder that doesn't require a slicer) for LTR? I tried T4Win to decode a LTR system and it didn't work. How do you decode a LTR system? Do you scan it? Obviously there is no control channel.

FM mode. Any scanner with a discriminator tap fed to a filtered data slicer will do.
