Thinking of going digital. I really like the bcd996t but it is a little pricey. The pro 2096 would suit my needs but wonder if I will miss anything in Central Arkansas not having the LTR on the 2096? Can anybody help me? I really don't know what systems are using LTR if anybody.

According to this list (which is the trunking list in the DB) you won't be missing much other than business comms.

The LTR systems in the central Arkansas area are as follows:

Douthits Radio Service, Inc. in the Pine Bluff area.

Grace Communications in the Little Rock area.

Those are the only 2 I see in the central Arkansas Area. There are several LTR systems around Jonesboro if you ever make it up that way.
