At 600 This morning I heard there was a motor vehicle crash in Laurel Springs at Broadway and Arch St in front of the Citgo Gas station. BLS 6457 (stratford EMS) and 6347 (lindenwold EMS) were on scene. ALS 41 was also on scene. BLS 6457 reported a 2 vehicle crash between a bus and a pickup truck. 6022 and 6023 (Laurel Springs Fire) were dispatched for entrapment in the pick up truck. 6457 also requested a helicopter on standby at 615. At 630 6457 requested the helicopter to fly to the scene and land at Bradlees parking lot in Stratford. station 64-1 (Stratford Fire) was dispatched. A short Time later the helicopter Southstar was refusing to fly because of low visibility. Jeff Stat was then called in from Philadelphia. They landed just before 7. BLS 6347 was called back to the scene after transporting one patient to Stratord JFK.
