P.S. didnt notice what time it was on the archive but a DPS trooper see's a guy on a bike in the area somewhat fitting the discreption but doesnt stop due to another officer telling him that the suspect has a long selve shirt on but from the picture you can see he was wearing a short sleeved shirt, who knows it could have been the suspect.
