Man with rifle at a residence in Appleton

Suspect seen with a rifle with a scope. He might have made entry.
Appleton PD and Outagamie SO are in process of surrounding it.

Suspect is apprehended. Apparently it was a paintball gun. He came home with his music cranked in his Blazer & the neighbors called to complain. The old lady was upset and wouldn't let him in the house so he went in the back door. Must have had a good/bad day of paintball and had a few too many afterwards.
