I guess what I don't get is Free Scan did upload NPD, why wont it scan with Fire? If I hit the hold resume button and toggle my way to Police Dispatch the channel works, I can hear NPD fine. Just cant get them to scan with fire. I'm a novice with the scanner. I'm playing with it more and more to get use to it but is there something in free scan I should be looking for to see why NPD isn't scanning?
