Manchester P25 Radio Band and Offset question

I am trying to program a radio for a EMS SGT for Toms River NJ to have listen only for Manchester fire and ems p25 . but there is no offset or band plan for motorola only unications . can someone please help me out ASAP.

In the Database it says

Base 450.0000 Offset 8192 Step 12.5 It also says the I-Call should be turned on

You need to do a LOT of reading/research before attempting to non-affiliate scan. At best you can brick your APX, at worse you can cause authorized subscribers on the system to miss calls or have delays in accessing the system.

I'm not trying to be rude, but that statement alone tells me you are in over your head.

Have the EMS guy do it the official way and contact that agency and work it out with them.
