MANUAL CONTROL?

Hill All.

I realize that I'm asking this question almost a year after I bought my BCD536HP but is there a 'Manual or a 'Hold' key to stop the scanner from scanning while Im listening to something interesting on it? I could never figure out if it has this feature.

The three white keys on the bottom of the front panel hold on the system, department, or channel.

Yes three ways to hold the scanner depending on what you want. To hold on a channel all you have to do is push the channel button. If you want to hold on a department you push department. For a system the system button.

To release the hold all you have to do is push the button corresponding to your hold
