I am wondering if there is or are plans to produce an updated user manual or quick reference guide? The last manual was produced in December 2020. A lot of of new fields have been added. I am not looking for a book or even a manual. More of a reference guide. A cheat sheet even. I see the wiki is there but hasn't really been touched.

Things like what does CPU Usage field. USB interface speed - what values should I use? I can noodle a lot of them but some I don't have the impact of. Don't have to go into the theory or all the other stuff.

Yes I know how it goes with documentation. I guess my concern is now that you are only producing the P25RX-II that the old one will be forgotten.

Thanks

Kevin,
I'm working toward getting the java software re-worked to the point where the same software will work for both models. Once the software stops changing dramatically (scanning support), I do plan on writing a new user manual that will cover both models. The original model has not been forgotten and has been supported with new firmware. For example, the Latest stable versions of the firmware for both models were released on the same date. (02-10).

Very well. I kind of thought that might be the case - it is logical move. I know you have been writing software at a fast pace. Not complaining - just curious. Still working great!

Thank you!

The addition of those pop-up windows that appear when you place your cursor over the control to explain the function of various buttons and controls would also be a great step forward. I've noticed just a couple in current BlueTail software.
