MARCS Issue in Montgomery/Greene County Ohio area

Hello,
Has anyone noticed issues with the MARCS issue issue this morning, I live in Greene County, and my ole HP1 is picking up Dayton,( which I usually can't get anything) fairly well, and having issues with several of my others picking up Greene County information,

I am receiving MontCo fine from northern Butler County. I'm not seeing any issue on that side, Unfortunately Greene County is bit beyond my range of reception, so I cannot help there.

It was strange, like they weren't broadcasting on the 700mhz, just on 800 mhz, and Greene County Marcs wasn't broadcasting any signal at all, I really miss the Montgomery County ,I'm in Xenia, close to the Fairgrounds, kind of in the no reception zone, just wondering if a sds 200 would help at all, or getting a bigger outside antenna, my discone isn't getting it done..
