Thanks to the Celina Daily Standard for providing a video of the chopper finishing building out the 490ft MARCS tower on Dibble Rd in Mercer Co. Great for instruction to potential purchasers of tower, but reporter needs to get a new Dictionary: "... being payed for by ..." :roll: :roll:
