I'll start off by informing everyone I am a fire buff who knows absolutely nothing about scanners, frequencies, etc; however I'm in a predicament.
I used to enjoy listening to the MERA - Marin County Fire Agencies feed, which used to include primary dispatch, control channels, and command channels for all fire departments in the county. Now, the feed only contains the primary dispatch, meaning no more hearing communication in the field, on scene, or from dispatchers to units.
Any idea why this happened and if/when it will be resolved? I do not own a scanner (I use the broadcasting app and 5-0 radio app) but am not entirely opposed to getting one if it allows be to listen to the entire county again!
