Marinette Co Law2 now p25

Greetings. I am not sure when this transition occured, but while in the NE over the holiday weekend, i noticed that Marinette Co. Law2 has gone to P25 with a NAC667 and unfortunately fully encrypted just like their Law1. I will notify DB.

Sad that most of the NE corner feels the need to heavily utilize encryption.

I'd rather it be full time instead of mixed like Langlade County..
