Does anyone know any info. on Maury Regional EMS TACN system TG Frequencies site ID and also Vanderbilt Lifeflight 4 info.

Vandy LIfeflight TGs are in the database.

Doesn't look like Maury Co EMS is explicitly in the DB yet. There is a program in progress where the TN Department of Health is providing TACN radios to every licensed ambulance in TN to facilitate EMS -> Hospital communications. It's live in a few regions, but not everywhere. I'd find the Maury Co hospital TGs and monitor those for new unit IDs, which will likely be local, when monitor those unit IDs specifically to see if they routinely show up on another TG that might be their dispatch. Then again, not every agency is moving their dispatch operations to TACN, they are just moving all EMS -> Hospital communications to TACN.

all I see is 48250 and 50992 but no CC or NAC

The TACN transmitter site in Theta (Maury County) would be the most logical first choice....

You'll need to choose a transmitter site that's close to you to monitor, use the CC NAC from that site. Then, when a Vandy Lifeflight unit is connected to that site you should hear them on 48250 or 50992
